Return & Refund Policy

  1. Services Offered
    Go Digital offers a variety of digital marketing services, including:

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising

  • Graphic Design

  • Web Design

  • Content Creation

  • E-commerce Website Development

  • Content Marketing

  • Online Marketplace Management

  • Brand Development

  • Logo Design

  • Print Media Design

  • Merchandising

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, approving content before publication, and cooperating with Go Digital during the service period.

3. Payment Terms
Payments are due upfront or with a minimum 50% advance payment.

4. Term Length and Termination

  • One-Time Projects: For one-time projects like Logo Design, Website Building/Web Design, the minimum contract term is 1 month.

  • Long-Term Projects: For long-term projects like SEO, SMM, Online Marketplace Management, the minimum contract term is 3 months.

Go Digital may terminate the agreement for cause if the client:

  • Fails to cooperate or provide accurate information

  • Is unavailable for content approval

  • Engages in inappropriate behavior

5. Refund
If the Client halts work and applies to us for a refund within 7 days of Initial payment made, work completed shall be billed at the hourly rate of 500₹ an hour, and deducted from the initial payment, the balance of which shall be returned to the Client. If, at the time of the request for refund, work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payment, the Client shall be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate of 500₹ an hour.

**Client is not eligible for a Refund after 7 days of Initial Payment.

**Refunds are Credited to Client within 7 Working Days of Refund Authorization.

User further agrees that Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension or termination of service, including but not limited to direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent. User agrees that Company shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall Company’s total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.

6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration as deemed suitable.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

8. Amendments
Go Digital reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
